What can I expect from a flight simulator experience?
A FLIGHT CONCEPT shows the public what it is to fly a modern jet, in an Airbus A320 simulator, with the guidance of one of our collaborators, who will take the place next to you . You don't need previous experience. The flight experience is phased in three: check-in, boarding in our cabin (where the briefing take place) and finally your flight in the A320 simulator.
Is it perfect for whom? As an offer for family and friends. For someone who likes a real challenge. Aspiring pilots, who want to take control of an airplane for the first time. Virtual pilots, who want to enjoy a cockpit environment. Travelers, who want to enjoy the views of a flight, obtained through the cockpit.

What can I expect from a flight concept flight?
It's a free flight, so yo have several options to consider: choice of departure airport, weather, system failures, repositioning, a complete flight (from the start of engines at the gate to the cut of them), among others.
Your flight includes a briefing in the cabin of the Airbus 320.
We create the flight thinking of whom?
We create this flight exclusively for those who have basic knowledge in the operation of this aircraft, or to come with someone who has, since this flight does not include assistance. Our collaborator will take the simulator's operator seat (place occupied behind cockpit seats).
About Packages? How to book them?
The packages are Flight Concept flight hours at a better price. Reservations instructions: click "Come fly", then "Packages", where you can choose one of the three Flight Concept Packages. After your purchase, make your reservation for 01h30 or 02h00 (depending on the package you have chosen) under "Reservations".
How can I schedule my flight?
You can do it through the site or +351 967698228.
I want to cancel or reschedule the flight. Is it possible?
Yes, you can do it up to 48h of the schedule booked date, for a maximum of 6 months after your purchase. Otherwise, as well as in the absence of attendance, the service will be considered use and without refund.
Can I visit the simulator? You can visit the simulator by scheduling. Do I need any real flight experience to do a simulator session? No need. How many seats have the cockpit? There are two places for users, the place of the Captain (left seat) and the 2º pilot (right seat). We also have a space for flight observers.
Is the simulator fully enclosed?
Yes. If you have a problem with being in a confined space, such as the flight cockpit, call us and visit the simulator before you buy a flight. Does the simulator have motion?
No. Our simulator is a fixed base device. However, the combination of visual fidelity, sound and vibration provide incredible sensory experience. Can I take pictures? Pictures can be taken when authorized. In addition to the simulator flights, what does your store have for sale? What is a Flight Concept box? Where can I get one?
It's the perfect gift! Consist in a flight-voucher and some brand products. We have four different boxes: Junior Box (for the little ones), the Standard Box (the most versatile one, as you can choose one of four experiences created), the Family & Friends Box (ideal to offer to family or friends) and the Premium Box (for those who have knowledge in Airbus operation).
The gift boxes are sold exclusively in our physical store.
Can I upgrade the flight-voucher or ask for a refund? When the flight-voucher expires?
No, you can. The flight-voucher expires 6 months since the purchase date.
Can I exchange the brand products that comes with the box?
Yes, you can exchange for equivalent products, different in sizes or colours.
Yes, you can do it by paying the difference in value.
